Della and Judy were simply amazing to work with while we were house hunting. We had very specific needs we were looking for in a house and they were not only okay with taking the time to help us find it - they made sure that we saw enough places and got enough feedback on each house and each area so they could really understand exactly what we were looking for. And it wasn’t just in one part of Arizona - we were looking all the way from Goodyear to Scottsdale! Then, once we did find a place, they made sure that all of the items we wanted addressed were succinctly spelled out so there was no confusion for the seller on what needed to get done and compensated. We also just really enjoy them as people — empathetic, honest, and fun. We are very glad to call them our friends as well.
